Education Five now offers a comprehensive Subscription Service designed to provide schools with year-round access to expert advice and guidance on attendance, safeguarding, and statutory duties.

For an annual fee of £500, schools receive direct, priority support covering a wide range of key topics — including persistent absence, raising attendance, elective home education, children missing education, removal from roll procedures, attendance codes, and the correct use of exceptional circumstances and holiday absence criteria.

Subscribers can seek advice on referrals to other agencies and the local authority, fixed penalty notices, punctuality, exclusion processes, medical absence management, and the authorising or unauthorising of absences.

Support also extends to safeguarding considerations linked to attendance, home visit decisions, and best practice in the use of attendance registration systems and letter templates. Access is provided under a defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure timely, consistent, and professional guidance throughout the 12-month period.
